Helpful information
A few things to know before your visit to help make your experience at SONA as seamless as possible.
Our kitchen can adapt most dishes for allergies, intolerances and vegan diets. Tell us when you book so the team has time to prepare properly, and remind your server on arrival. We handle nuts, dairy and gluten in the kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a trace-free environment.
Cancellations and changes made more than 24 hours before your booking are free of charge. Inside 24 hours, or for no-shows, a charge of £25 per guest applies. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time.
Parties of seven or more dine from a set menu agreed in advance, which lets the kitchen cook at its best for the table. Our events team will talk you through menus, wine and the private dining room, and will hold your date with a deposit.
Step-free access runs from the resort car park through to the dining room, with accessible facilities close by. Assistance dogs are welcome. Tell us in advance if you would like a table with extra space, step-free seating or a quieter corner of the room.
Birthdays, anniversaries and proposals are all welcome. Mention the occasion when you book and the team will do what it can — a preferred table, a written menu for the table, or a dessert finished in the kitchen for your guest.
